If you're interested in joining our club, please download and fill the "BSC New Member Application" listed above, then attach it to the form below "Attach Form & Apply Now" and submit it.

Make sure the application is signed by you and your sponsor before uploading it. If you can't sign it on a computer, print it out, sign it and drop it at the club's mailbox or mail it in.
